You retain ownership of all data you provide to the service ("Your Data"). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

The service allows you to connect third-party data sources. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. You authorize us to access and retrieve data from connected platforms on your behalf.
The service uses Google Gemini AI to generate SQL queries, scorecard configurations, and conversational responses. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated queries and metrics before relying on them for business decisions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
The service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Orbit Metrics and protected by intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Metrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
